With more than 40 years the business, Allan is credited with being first to bring trademark licensing into industrial products. He was among the first to utilize direct-to-retail licensees (via a $5 billion deal between Kmart and White-Westinghouse).
Allan is a 2017 LIMA Hall of Fame Inductee. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and studied at the University of Louvain in Belgium and at the London School of Economics.
PRESIDENT & COO
With over 20 years experience successfully growing brands and monetizing intellectual property in the US, Europe and Asia, Alan has led licensing programs domestically and internationally including those for AT&T, Sharper Image, Westinghouse, Kevlar, Rockport, Tempur-Pedic and Frye Boots.
Alan specializes in licensing, franchising, business development, sales,marketing and law. He holds an MBA and BA from Boston University and a Law Degree from Suffolk University School of Law.
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Ted has an extensive background in growing companies, building brands and launching iconic marketing campaigns. He has more than 20 years of work spanning a range of industry verticals developing integrated marketing platforms, creative strategies and innovative solutions for top brands and leading agencies.
Ted also leads marketing and innovation for LMCA’s subsidiary ProdigyWorks – a creative ideation and innovation lab.
Ted is a Member of the Licensing Executives Society and holds an MBA from Pace University.
MANAGING DIRECTOR, BRAND LICENSING
With over 15 years of global licensing experience, Ray has worked as a licensing executive at IBM, Motorola, and Gibson Guitar where he created and directed major internal licensing programs. He is the Founder of BRANDDelivery, Inc. supporting licensing efforts for clients such as HP, Oreck, Vivitar and others.
Ray served as a US Air Force Officer. He holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Auburn University and Master of Engineering Management/Marketing from George Washington University.
DIRECTOR OF BRAND LICENSING
Reginald has a broad background in business to business and business to consumer sales generation in various verticals including Computer Software, Healthcare, Media and Marketing. He has extensive experience in consultative selling and account negotiation.
Reggie holds a BA from Northeastern University.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, BRAND LICENSING
Phil has over 28 years of broad-based, multi-industry experience in market planning, new product development, research, analysis and strategic alliance. He is highly regarded as an expert in the areas of corporate licensing and brand extension, having held management posts for Dun & Bradstreet, Skelly & White, National Opinion Research Center at the University of Chicago, & Litton Industries.
Phil attended the Mannes College of Music. He completed specialized MBA coursework at NYU, Columbia University and the New School.
Margie has more than 20 years’ experience working on multi-million dollar projects to restructure divisions and develop long term marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies including AT&T, Citibank, Xerox and Verizon.
Prior to that, Margie served as AVP of Private Label Credit Card programs, Vice President of Administration and Director of Education for a 2,000-person branch banking division.
She holds a BA from St. John’s University.
MANAGING DIRECTOR, LMCA ASIA
George is a pioneer in bringing brand licensing into Asia. He has represented major international brands in the negotiation and management of strategic alliances for more than 20 years. He has a wealth of experience in the inner workings of China’s distribution, marketing and retail industries.
George has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Economics from Colorado College.
DIRECTOR, LICENSING SALES
Hugh has over 10 years of licensing experience in China, covering licensee support and development, brand management, and retail network support. His experience spans product R&D, sourcing, manufacturing and retail of licensed products.
Hugh holds an MBA from Xiamen University.
DIRECTOR, BRAND LICENSING
Andy has over 14 years of licensing and business development experience in China across a wide range of industrial and consumer products. His specialties include sales and business development, licensee support and partnership management.
Andy holds an MBA from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
SALES ASSISTANT, BRAND LICENSING
Lucy has broad experience in sales administration and support across a number of industries in China. Her specialties include brand opportunity analysis, industry and category research and ongoing client support.
Lucy holds a BA in Economics and Finance from Nanjing University.
