Dansko has been getting a lot of buzz from the fashion industry lately, including being a part of Bonnie Young’s New York presentation and being featured in Vogue and The New York Times Style Magazine.

While predominantly known for their comfort and durability, Dansko has been catching the eye of high-profile designers and retailers, underscoring the growing trend that “comfort brands are the new cool”.  Tiss Dahan, VP of marketing at Dansko reiterates why the shoes are so appealing to their customers.  “Consumers are seeking the real deal and know a brand like Dansko is authentic and comfortable. Whenever they walk into their doctor’s office, there’s a pretty good chance they’ll see a nurse wearing our shoes.  These people are on their feet all day, so they automatically think there’s something to it.”
